In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have established a rapid-response removal framework to handle any claims of copyright infringement occurring on OmeTok.com.

How to File a Takedown Notice (Infringement Claim)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner and believe that any content, image, text, or graphic published on OmeTok infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification. To be legally valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list).
- Clear identification of the specific material on OmeTok that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) so that our team can locate and disable the file.
- Your direct contact details, including your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Takedown Processing Time
Upon receipt of a valid, fully completed DMCA notification, our Compliance Team will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 hours. We will notify the original writer/editor who published the material regarding the takedown action.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification to our DMCA Agent at dmca@ometok.com. Your counter-notice must be written and include your physical/electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your contact details.
False Claims Warning
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe financial liability, including court costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by OmeTok. Please ensure you own the copyright or have verified the claim before contacting us.
